“This year was very difficult for me, but when I jumped into development in January thanks to the money from the crowdfunding campaign, I managed to not only finish most of the planned, but also add a lot of new ideas to the game. I’m on the right track. There are only a few small steps left to make it happen.” presented by Piotr Kubitschek.

“Unfortunately, due to additional content (such as the dice mini-games), accessibility for the blind, and preparation of the physical edition, I am delayed and need more time. I could have met the original September 6th deadline, but I’m sure the game would have many bugs, unfinished business, and players simply wouldn’t have as much fun with it as I would have liked. So I have to make a difficult decision. In some cases it is better not to rush. It’s important to me that the game comes out in the highest quality possible, and the extra few weeks will allow me to really polish and fine-tune it.” the author thinks.

Shadows over Silesia dark fantasy adventure game set in real medieval Europe. Against the backdrop of real historical events, challenging puzzles and complex battles await you, as well as stealth passages and important decisions. You will meet possessed devil worshipers, sexual demons, hellish creatures, as well as creatures known from European mythology.

Religious storms are raging in Europe and more than one preacher predicts the approaching end of the world. The year is 1428, and the Hussite campaign in Silesia is just beginning. Heretics seem to be the biggest danger to a country without a king. However, the real evil lurks in a completely different place and does not plan to conduct religious disputes.

“I have been developing the entire project as one programmer and designer for the last 3 years or so. I have a few external people helping me out (mainly graphics, music, dubbing, localization and accessibility consulting) as well as a team of volunteer testers.” adds Kubicek.

The game will be released on Steam for PC and will run on the Unity engine. Full gamepad support expected. In the future, the creator would like to get the game on consoles as well.
