Capcom wrapped up the Street Fighter 5 Grand Finals at EVO 2022 and took the stage, announcing that Juri and Kimberly will be joining the Street Fighter 6 roster. at Summer Games Fest, continues to confirm previous leaks that revealed the entire Street Fighter 6 roster.
Kimberly is one of the newest fighters alongside Jamie. She’s been described as an “80s pop culture lover” and her moves seem to be some of the most varied to date.
Juri has had quite a major overhaul like Chun Li and Ryu and is still described as a “thrill seeker”. Ever since M. Bison fell in Street Fighter 5, he’s been looking for his next thrill. A brand new scene was also shown during Juri’s game presentation.
Juri and Kimberly revealed themselves ahead of Street Fighter 5’s Grand Finals at EVO 2022, thanks to Capcom’s German Twitter account which accidentally tweeted photos of the two characters for the Top 8 at EVO.
Now that we’ve seen seven characters, and Capcom previously announced that they’ll be in the dark for a while, they’ll be back at the studio to finish development, we probably won’t see a big reveal until December at the earliest. .
And with Street Fighter 6 set to release in 2023, we’ll likely see the rest of the roster confirmed in the new year, before Street Fighter 6 hits the scene at EVO 2023.
