August 3, 2022 Riot has now released the full list of changes.

League of Legends patch 12.15 is just around the corner, and developer Riot Games’ next update to the popular MOBA game promises plenty of improvements for energy champions and failers alike – Rammus lovers, that’s fine – and some nerfs and item adjustments.

However, while most of these champions are receiving adjustments for energy costs and skill recovery, Riot has other plans for Kennen. The electrical surge of the Storm’s Heart (W) not only reduces its cooldown, but also increases damage. Meanwhile, the AP ratio of (R)Slicing Maelstrom has been increased slightly.

In addition to the energy champions mentioned above, Leona, Lillia (jungle), Rammus, Singed, and Thresh will all receive buffs. On the other hand, Gwen, Kalista, Master Yi, Qiyana, Sivir, and Taliyah, who have been a bit of a threat since their last soft overhaul, will be nerfed in LoL 12.15.

In terms of items, Mercurial Scimitar and Silvermere Dawn cleaners are both polished and for good reason. According to MOBA Champion, the two are hardly taken, with a pick rate of 0.2% and 0.1% respectively. This is likely due to the lack of cost of the stats they provide and allow players to access the Summoner Spell Cleanse to make room for better items in their builds when they need active influence.

Mercurial Scimitar now has ten additional magic resistances while the movement speed bonus granted by Quicksilver lasts 0.5 seconds longer. Silvermere Dawn will gain an additional 5 MR, 50 HP, and the Quicksilver version will provide 10% more stamina and slow resistance.

As for cows, Divine Sunderer will take a hit to heal, while First Strike Keystone will take a hit to its effectiveness with a 1% hit for bonus damage.

While we don’t yet know what the exact changes are and how they’ll affect your League rank, Riot usually releases the full list of changes a day or two after the first preview.
