DICE announced1.2 Update from battlefield 2042 It’s available for all platforms today and reveals what new things players can expect from this major update, and includes improvements and changes to the balance.
The new patch includes the first reimagining of the shooter’s maps. Kaleidoscope, as well as the initial changes in style and tone of some experts. There are also some important changes and fixes. - Reduced the 30mm gun effectiveness of the RAH-68 Huron and YG-99 Hannibal, making overheating much faster. This will help limit its impact on infantry and make it more balanced.

- Aiming assist on controllers has been adjusted to provide smoother operation and operation on moving targets.
- BSV-M’s auto mode now takes an accuracy penalty and damage from high stopping hits drops faster with distance.
