Star Wars Starfield Mods and Other Inevitable Creations We Want to See

While many gamers look forward to sea battles, character creation, or exploring multiple planets, PCGamesN can’t wait to see the many great starfield mods that talented creators are adding to Bethesda’s latest RPG, especially Starfield Star Wars mods.

Although the game’s release date has been pushed back to 2023, we already know that Starfield’s mod support will be similar to that of Skyrim or Fallout 4, in other words, expanded. That said, here Starfield mods we want and need to see – from practical to absurd and revolutionary.

Thomas the Spaceship Tank Engine

There are two things about modding that are certain: if something can be changed, it will be changed, and Thomas the Tank Engine is in everything. Sekiro, Cyberpunk 2077, Resident Evil and of course Skyrim, Thomas invades it all. Why? Who knows or cares. We will definitely have the Thomas spaceship.

cooperative multiplayer

Although Starfield is a completely single-player game, we hope that players will add something similar to Skyrim’s multiplayer over time. However, simply wandering around the cities of Starfield is not enough. We want to see full squad combat with multiple players, or better yet, having teammates on the same ship, like the Millennium Falcon with two players in turrets, or a Star Trek: Bridge Crew story with multiple players on different stations. All power to the shields!

space walks

While we know we can fly, fight, and customize Starfield ships beyond combat and docking to space stations, we have no idea how much freedom we’ll have in space. We can stop and walk around ships or train stations, but can we walk out in space suits? If not, it would be better if there was a mod for it.

death and fallout

Starfield may refer to various other Bethesda properties. While we’re expecting Easter eggs for games like Doom, Fallout, and Skyrim, we’re hoping modders will create some proper crossovers. We want to know where the Fallout UFO came from. Those terrifying creatures that look like Dead Space? Turn them into Demons of Doom. Heck, give us an alien blaster and a BFG 9000 to add to our current arsenal of Starfield weapons, we’ll be fine.

Flight between planets and between them

When Bethesda confirmed that ships couldn’t fly freely between planets and space, not all fans were happy. We honestly have no idea how much engineering or technical knowledge it would take to implement such a feature, but we’re sure modders will appreciate it, as well as flying ships all over the surface of the planet.

planet howard

Look, we just need a planet with Todd Howard’s face on it, is that a lot? After all, he is amazing.

Just Star Wars and all

Starfield is arguably the best space game of all time, which is why we want it to be labeled as the best space franchise of all time. We want to see dogfights between X-Wings and TIE Fighters, Star Destroyers that darken the sky, flying Millennium Falcons and Razor Crests, hand-held Grogus, and fucking lightsabers in every color of the rainbow. Let gamers experience the power of a fully armed and active modding community.

These are just some of the Starfield changes we hope to see. For more on Bethesda’s upcoming space RPG, here’s what we know about Starfield’s abilities and the playable factions that will play a significant role in the story.
