Ubisoft announced its financial results during the presentation cancellation of four of his games. First of all, it’s a title Ghost Recon Frontline, which was officially introduced in October last year. It was supposed to be a free-to-play battle royale game with multiplayer battles for up to 100 players.

Development took place at Ubisoft Bucharest. However, player reactions to the game since its announcement have been quite mixed. However, the complete cancellation of this project is quite a big surprise. Especially since the game was at an advanced stage of development and was originally supposed to come out this year.

Second canceled title Splinter Cell for Virtual Reality. Red Storm Entertainment worked on this project in collaboration with Oculus. But we haven’t seen anything from the upcoming game.

In addition to Ghost Recon Frontline and Splinter Cell for VR, Ubisoft announced the cancellation of development two other unannounced projects. The French publisher did not specify what kind of games in question. At the same time, we learned about the postponement of the release of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora (for more details, see separate news).
