There are several things you can do to get players into your game. With beautiful graphics, thoughtful gameplay and / or, for example, a cute animal. The developers from BlueTwelve Studio decided to include all three things in their game, and therefore the name Stray was born, where you play as homeless kitten, with which you will explore a dystopian and mysterious world. And while the trailers looked too good to be true, trust me, it’s pretty easy to fall in love with this game’s appeal.
At first glance, I was inclined to call Stray a classic walking sim where you soak up the atmosphere of the world and explore a linear plot. However, this title offers more. Even if they are simple puzzles or action and stealth passing. I’d rather compare Stray to a relaxing adventure where you can relax but always have something under your feet to revive you.
However, history still plays a major role here. Tramp will guide you through the interesting and mysterious journey of a learning cat. dystopian world around her. Your main goal will be to get out of underground city to the surface. I won’t talk more about the plot because part of the fun is figuring out what really happened in the world of Stray and what’s the story behind the little robot that will help you get through most of the game. You will learn about this mainly from various conversations with local robots. Unfortunately, you will not find dubbing here., but the conversations with them are written in a funny way, and although they do not have faces, the animation of their bodies is very well processed and conveys emotions even through the screen. However, I regretted that when communicating with random townspeople, I often encountered repetitive dialogue, which sometimes consisted of only one sentence. After all, if there’s no dubbing here anymore, these interviews deserve more variety.
