Sony today offers PlayStation Plus Extra as well as PlayStation Plus Premium she added trial version for 7 days. It’s only available to new players who don’t have any of the three PS Plus options activated.
However, if you’d like to try the service, the seven-day trial is currently not available to players in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as confirmed by Sony’s local branch. Hope it will be available later.

However, if you create an account in another region, the UK, Germany, and Poland all report a 7-day trial so you can try PS Plus Extra or PS Plus Premium. You just need to enter your payment card and then don’t forget to cancel your subscription so that you are not automatically charged after the trial period.
PS Plus Extra includes access to hundreds of PlayStation 5 and PS4 games including Returnal, Demon’s Souls and Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut, while PS Plus Premium adds classic games from the PS1, PS2, PSP and PS3 eras to the game catalog.
