League of Legends patch 12.13 ended in tears: four champions fixed

It’s been less than 24 hours since Riot released patch 12.13 for League of Legends and Niall in the Rift, but four patches have already been released for Joy Unbound, as well as Sivir, Gwen, and Master Yi.

While new whip-wielding ADC Nyla was the focus of League of Legends patch 12.13, a new Star Guardians event and a host of changes to some of the game’s most iconic champions accompanied her in Summoner’s Rift. .

However, Joy Unbound was anything but joyous, as within 24 hours of its release, Riot was forced to fix the demonic botlaner alongside fellow ADC Sivir, top laner Gwen, and the jungle monster. Master Yi.

Nyla’s win rate hit a staggering 53% (typically hovering around 30% for new champions) a day after her release alongside Sivir and Master Yi, while Gwen’s win rate dropped 50% according to LoLalytics.

Nyla is clearly the most affected champion, but there is no word on changing any of her mechanics. After correcting her success rate, she dropped to 52%, so the changes had an impact, but would they be enough?
