The recently released DLC for Cuphead has received a very warm reception. Highly acclaimed by fans and critics alike, The Delicious Last Course received a perfect 9 out of 10 from us. It was a long wait but it was worth it. And as the developers from Studio MDHR boasted in social networks, you can see it in sales.
The expansion passed the one million-copy mark. This in itself is a very large number, but it is all the more exciting considering that Studio MDHR is quite small (Cuphead was their debut) and there were not even pre-orders for the expansion, so all copies were sold after release. . By the way, to give you some yardstick, when it comes to the base game, over 6 million units have been sold. This is the figure for 2020, but the authors have not yet shared more recent figures.
