Veteran of the Halo series, Paul Bertonejoined 343 industries as director of technical design. According to his LinkedIn profile, he took up the position in June. AT Bangui worked on the original trilogy Hi, Halo 3: EPISODE as well as Halo Reach.
Bertone left Bungie in 2012 after nearly twelve years as design director. He then held the same role in the studio industrial toys focus on mobile games, Undead Laboratories for the State of Decay and most recently in Highwire Studioswho are currently preparing the re-announced Six Days in Fallujah.

Burton’s arrival was also confirmed head of creative department hello infinte Joseph Staten: “Paul and I met back in Chicago in 1999 at Bungie, and together we released Halo 1-3, ODST and Reach. I’m thrilled that Paul is helping to shape the future of Halo Infinite.”
The developers of Halo Infinite are launching a joint beta test on July 11th. On consoles, you can still sign up for the Xbox Insider program and take part in testing.
