The developers don’t need more time to fine-tune this time around than when they delayed the game five months earlier. the reason is strategic decision made after discussions with key partners.

The name is located in the final polishing. So it looks like the delay could have been due to the continuation of Crato’s northern adventure, which they didn’t want to compete with at Square Enix when Forspoken was a new brand.

In any case, the creators are grateful to you for your support and understanding. We will know more details at the end of the summer.

Forspoken follows the journey of Frey Holland, a young New Yorker transported to the beautiful but violent land of Atia. On her quest to find her way home, Freya must use her newfound magical powers to traverse the vast landscape, fight monstrous creatures, and defeat powerful matriarchs known as the Tantas.

Combining modern electronic beats with a fantasy tone, Forspoken’s music was written by BAFTA-award-winning composers Bear McCreery (God of War and The Walking Dead TV series) and Harry Szyman (Bioshock TV series).
