Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope DLC Plans Confirm New Heroes

It’s been a while, but Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope fans will be happy to hear that more information has become available on the upcoming tactical RPG ahead of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope’s recently confirmed release date. However, one of the most exciting reveals didn’t come during the Nintendo Direct Mini, which showcased the new gameplay changes in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. No, a DLC listing for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope has confirmed that new playable heroes will be added to the game via post-launch content.

Seen by an eagle-eyed fan KoopaKid82A look at the Gold Edition product description for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope on Ubisoft Store reveals that the game’s Season Pass will include “additional story content with new heroes, missions, and battles.”

Players who managed to play the first Mario + Rabbids game may know that new heroes have already been introduced via post-launch DLC (e.g., Donkey Kong and Rabbid Cranky in Donkey Kong Adventure).

So… OK, that’s not it. pick up as surprising as it may seem. But the Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle Donkey Kong Adventure DLC was actually a post-launch content pack that introduced new playable heroes.

It’s not yet known if it will be the same when it comes to Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, but given that Bowser joins the fray this time around, we can hope.
