STALKER 2 invites you to the Zone in a new trailer

STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl will come out during 2023 (Microsoft announced in the first half of 2023) on PC and Xbox Series X|S. The game will be available in the Game Pass menu from the day of release and will include Czech subtitles.
