The highly anticipated sequel to A Plague Tale: Innocence was announced at last year’s Xbox launch, and it’s no surprise that we saw a new trailer at the Microsoft conference a year later.
Recall that in the second part with the subtitle “Requiem” we take on the role of brothers and sisters Amicia and Hugo, who are pursued by the Inquisition. They have a difficult pilgrimage ahead of them, and judging by the Amici trailer, they once again face the moral decision to kill enemies or not.
The footage was shot on the Xbox Series X and definitely looked convincing, but, unfortunately, did not reveal the most important thing – the release date. All we know is that the game will be released this year and will be available on Game Pass from day one.
A Plague Tale: Requiem is aimed at PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and in the cloud version also on Nintendo Switch.
“Watch out. There’s a killer here.”
