Resident Evil 4 Remake already has an official release date. Sony and Capcom revealed that the Resident Evil 4 remake will be released on March 24, 2023 and showed the first official look at the horror game’s gameplay during Sony State of Play.
The trailer, as is typical of the Resident Evil series, is atmospheric and includes footage of Leon Kennedy walking down the in-game village path, as well as footage of his train ride. The game has been completely redesigned and the in-game screenshots show off some of the new technology that Capcom will be bringing to the new version.
We heard rumors of Resident Evil 4’s impending reveal last year before Gamescom, but it sounds like Capcom needed a little more time to properly position the latest shots for maximum scares.
