May 27, 2022 – Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Biosyn Expansion is officially announced.
It looks like the first full expansion for the Jurassic World Evolution 2 management game will be based on the Jurassic World Dominion movie and will be called “Biosyn”, coming out next month, right after the movie.
It’s one of the best dinosaur games on PC, but other than a few free updates and small DLC packs, we’ve yet to hear anything about Jurassic World Evolution 2’s first full expansion, or if developer Frontier provides a connection. as well as the next film, Jurassic World Dominion, which will be released on June 10.
It seems that it will, since the Dominion Biosyn expansion with the unequivocal name Jurassic World Evolution 2 has just appeared on SteamDB with release date June 14. The name is interesting, because Biosyn is a rival company to InGen, which played a major role in the original Michael Crichton novels, but barely appeared in the movies – Dodgson in Jurassic Park worked for Biosyn, somehow that’s the source of problems throughout the series. . Dodgson and Biosyn are rumored to play a role in Dominion, so this DLC could be confirmation.
There’s no further information on the DLC, but the fact that it’s called an “expansion” suggests that it will be something like Return to Jurassic Park from the first game. Either way, it seems very likely that Frontier wants to create some sort of big Dominion connection for Jurassic World Evolution 2, and with the movie releasing in three weeks, we probably won’t have to wait long before it’s announced.
