Nintendo Switch owners and Star Wars fans may have wondered where they were imprisoned Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 – Sith Lords. The first part from 2003, created by BioWare, will be available on Switch after some time, but after the sequel from Obsidian, it seems as if the earth has collapsed. For KOTOR 2 in the version for the existing console from Nintendo, Aspyr is traditionally responsible for the studio, which has already received the first part of the Switch, The Force Unleashed, Republic Commando, Racer from Episode 1, Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast or Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. The game will be available July 8, 2022 as well as in addition to all the content of the original game, higher resolution, better optimization and sometimes even after the release of the popular mod The Sith Lords Restored Content will be offered as DLC.
It may be a relatively unexpected move, but The Sith Lords Restored Content project is now considered an important part of the optimal Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 experience of all time, but the truth is that it has undergone complex development. and at the time of publication faced a number of technical problems. In addition, the creators of Obsidian had to cut out some of the content in order to meet the release date of the gallows. The Sith Lords Restored Content fixes all that, so it actually makes sense that we’ll see the modem on the Switch as well.. Mods are currently best available on PC via the Steam Workshop.
We remind you that Aspyr, in collaboration with the Saber Interactive studio, is also preparing a full-fledged remake of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. However, it is currently only for PC and PlayStation 5.
