The penalties were announced three days before the Counter-Strike PGL Major in Belgium. However, ESIC clarifies that the removal of coaches will only occur in tournaments organized by ESIC co-organizers; this does not apply to PGL. The main organizer has the autonomy to decide to suspend the three coaches or allow them to participate in the championship.
Although neither PGL nor Valve have made a public statement about it, Team 9z and Team Spirit have publicly announced that their coaches have been suspended from the tournament. Neither Imperial nor the Peacekeeper have commented so far.
Published evidence and punishment
The ESIC has chosen to publish evidence of the use of “ram error” by three technicians. According to the committee, the information was already public, non-sensitive and in the public interest. See the Brazilian cases below:

ESIC has suspended the two joint events for an undisclosed period, but is awaiting the committee’s final decision after the coaches submitted their defences. Although the major has no jurisdiction over PGL, the organizer, the community should follow ESIC’s proposal to suspend the coaches and make it public.
