US Federal Trade Commission (FTC for short) launched a recent in-depth investigation acquisition of Bungie by Sony. In January, it was announced that Sony intends to pay the creator of Destiny $3.6 billion.
According to The Information sources, the investigation could delay the closing date of the deal by six months, if not more.
