It’s supposed to happen… The developers managed to create a Nintendo Switch emulator that actually works on Android. Even though Nintendo’s latest console uses a smartphone-like ARM architecture, adapting one system to another is never easy. Skyline teams took more than a year to achieve success while relying on elements of Yuzu and Ryujinx, PC emulators.
Three games are available
For now, you should know that this is not a global compatibility that covers all Switch games. There are only three titles available, Sonic Mania, Celeste and Super Mario Odyssey, and there are still minor bugs like sometimes out of sync audio recordings.
Installing Skyline on a smartphone is not as easy as downloading the app from PlayStore. So be sure to join Team Discord to stay up to date with the latest news and updates.
