Santa Monica Studio developers released a few hours ago Patch 2.02 from God of War: Ragnarok. The update mainly concerns: PS4 versionsome issues have been fixed.
According to official notes posted on the Sony studio website, the only new features for the PS5 version of the update are unspecified “service tweaks”. However, various flaws have been fixed on PS4 and have already been fixed on PS5 with Patch 2.001 last week.
Specifically, the developers fixed the console crashing issues that appeared at the end of the first boss fight, either randomly during gameplay or when using Sony’s Platinum Wireless Headset. Also added Polish support for all versions.

- Fixed a rare crash that could occur at the end of the first boss fight (already fixed on PS5 with update 2.01)
- Fixed a crash that could occur randomly during gameplay (already fixed on PS5)
- Fixed a crash that occurred when using the Platinum Wireless Headset.
Polish language support
- Added Polish audio support for players who purchased the game on disc in Poland.
- Note: Please make sure the game is fully loaded from disc or network and patched to version 2.02 before enabling Polish language in settings. If the game is not fully installed, there will be no audio or subtitles for the dialogues. To fix this, close the app and restart after the game and patch are fully installed.
Meanwhile, God of War: Ragnarok is proving to be a blockbuster in the UK. Even according to one leak, worldwide sales may have exceeded 3.5 million copies.
