It was also streamed live by nearly twice as many channels and was the top category on Twitch for the following month. Even today, even months after its launch, it reaches its peak with 10,000 spectators.
Regardless, the all-time record viewership for a single-player game on Twitch is the same as Cyberpunk 2077, which hit 1.1 million concurrent viewers when it was released in December 2020. Unfortunately, the media success in this case backfired, as many were unable to assess the pathetic state of the game, where interest fell so quickly.
