Striking Distance Studios, developer Callisto Protocollaunched a new one narrative podcast, Helix StationIt serves as a prequel to the sci-fi survival horror game that will be released in December 2022.

Starring Game of Thrones and Star Wars actors Gwendoline Christie. “Helix Station is a dark and exciting sci-fi horror movie,” Christie said in the announcement. “It was great working with the Striking Distance Studios team to bring the character of Percy to life and lay the narrative foundations for the Callisto Protocol.”

This sci-fi horror podcast will have a total of six episodes. As stated, Christie will be playing Percy, while Michael Ironside will be playing his colleague Kane. The two seek rewards in the Jovian system but clash with prison officer Black Iron Metzger (Kevin Durand), the latter confiscating their ship and forcing the two to work at the abandoned Helix station.
In addition to Christie, Ironside, and Durand, Helix Station stars Sam Littlefield as Prendergast, Cassandra Blair as Tanaka, Leland Orser as Lennox, and Caitlin Kinnunen as Juniper. The podcast was directed and hosted by Willie Block and Jake Emanuel, who are also creators of the audio drama The Edge of Sleep.
