Through Valkyrie Elysium’s official Twitter profile, Square Enix announced the game’s release date. Port for PS5 and PS4 from Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth postponed 22 December 2022 to allow developers to improve the quality of the game.
Previously, the launch was set for September 29, which will coincide with the start of Valkyrie Elysium’s spin-off action. By the way, Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is one of the bonuses for buyers of the Digital Deluxe edition. Obviously, even in their case it will have to wait until December 22.
Valkyrie Profile: The PS5 and PS4 versions of Lenneth are ports of the original PSP released in 2006, an updated version of Valkyrie Profile released on PS1 in 1999. This re-release includes quick save, “Rewind” and the possibility to choose between various graphics presets. In addition to being included in Valkyrie Elysium Deluxe Edition, the game can be purchased separately. The price in Japan will be 2,750 yen, equivalent to 19.78 euros.
