Since March, Nvidia has been steadily expanding its GeForce Now cloud gaming service, which offers try-before-you-buy game demos, 4K support on PC and Mac, and 120fps 1440p for browsers. With the latest PC and Mac app update 2.0.44, Priority subscribers will be able to enable 5.1 surround sound, while RTX 3080 subscribers will be able to use 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound.
Thus, GeForce Now was the first service to offer such an option beyond simple stereo. Service improvements, not limited to providing faster and higher resolution graphics.
