On the occasion of the Gamescom 2022 Future Games Show, publisher Prime Matter and Brass Token developers have announced a new game trailer from divinepsychedelic horror action-adventure game coming this fall on PS5, Xbox Series X | Coming to S and PC.
In the movie, creative director Mike Supra outlines the game’s plot and highlights. Set on a remote island, The Chant will have players survive countless dangers after a spirit ritual goes horribly wrong and opens a portal to the nightmarish dimension called The Gloom.
This absorbs negative energy and drives the protagonist and other characters crazy, drawing their anxieties and fears to life into terrifying interdimensional creatures.
