Sony unveiled a new PlayStation 5 controller for “pro gamers” during Gamescom. Called DualSence Edge, this feature is fully customizable and adjustable in each game. You can even adjust the sensitivity of the sticks to be more precise when shooting, or the sensitivity of the triggers for better controlled slides.
Analog sticks and rear buttons will be interchangeable. Players will be able to switch between three different heads (standard, high dome and low dome) and two dual backs (half dome and lever). New keys appear on the back of the controller. Finally, you will be able to save profiles and switch between them instantly.
The rest have the same specs as Sony’s “standard” controller and still charge via USB-C. The date of marketing and the selling price of this accessory are not yet known.
