Fall Guys celebrates some scandalous numbers after its free-to-play and arrival on Xbox and Nintendo Switch

The popular Mediatonic game expanded its platforms on June 21.

Like most games, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout’s peak in popularity waned over time, but for a time it became one of the trendiest games and occupied the top of all platforms like Twitch. Again, Mediatonic continues to have many successes to celebrate with its fun gymkhana and friendly characters.

The studio called us last month to deliver a big announcement that culminated in the game’s arrival on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PS5. Although the game is already playable on PlayStation, this was its first entry into the Nintendo and Xbox market, and if you’re wondering how it’s faring, the numbers have spoken for themselves: Fall Guys has arrived. 20 million players in the first 48 hours.

The success of this reboot, game model modified for free to playa jump to coincide with the opening new platforms. A move that undoubtedly works for Mediatonic, who is not afraid to celebrate the numbers on their official Twitter accounts and thanks all the players who participated in their tests.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout was recently added cross-play and cross-platform progression, new levels and new costumes for the participants. The game also adds a new currency called beans, while the new season pass has 100 levels.
