destiny 2 will get it soon correction, number 4.1.01 to be exact. It will be available after a maintenance that is starting now. 31 May 2022 tomorrow 18:00. The patch will be used to fix some bugs including crash.
Specifically, Bungie has confirmed that fix 4.1.01 will fix crash when entering new dungeon – Duality – with sound effects (SFX) set to zero. For now, Destiny 2 players should have this setting at least 1 or higher.
