All good things must come to an end, and unfortunately that includes Teamfight Tactics Set 6. With a particularly intense and thrilling season bringing exciting new mechanics to TFT, Riot is now looking forward to Set 7, officially called Dragonlands. . Riot hopes Dragonlands will bring all the positive changes to TFT, making it a different and fun auto-combat experience. So what do we know about Dragonlands so far?
Our next team, Dragonlands, transforms into a diverse arena of mighty dragons, some savage, some friendly, and some that are all about it.

Now the answer is: not much. We’re sure Riot will release more information closer to the release date for Set 7, but we’ll have to wait a bit until we have more information on what Dragonlands has in store for us. So what do we know for sure?
We get a glimpse of the Dragonlands game, albeit briefly. Team 7 plans are briefly discussed in the January TFT Dev Drop. We get a short snippet of Ilaoi and it looks like his cosmic tough skin seems to show off his ability to fire tentacles all over the map. Hopefully that means we’ll see Ilaoi return in the next set, but his ability may change when Dragonlands releases.
The improvements should stay in TFT with some compactness in future kits as they are well received by TFT players. As Riot says in its article describing Gadgets and Gadgets, Boosts add “Variation and Innovation” to the gameplay experience, making every round a unique experience. In the same post, Riot states that they want to improve the items received by players, the use of spatulas and emblems, and improve the next set in a way that makes sense.
Dragonlands will be released in patch 12.11 and will be available on PBE from the afternoon of May 24th.
