Want to delete the world and start over in Core Keeper? Here’s what you need to know.
We were all there. Maybe you started the world, but you just don’t feel it. You may have spent quite a bit of time on one, but you have to. In any sandbox game, be it Minecraft, Terraria, or Core Keeper, sometimes you just want to start a new one and try again. Or you just want to delete those unused storage files.
It may not be immediately obvious how to delete the universe, especially in Core Keeper. It can also be a bit risky: can you delete a particular world if it destroys everything?
Luckily, we’ve discussed what you need to know in detail.

To clear the world in Core Keeper, you must first go to Settings. Here, scroll down and search for “Delete Progress”. Although it might sound a bit scary, clicking on this option will let you choose which world or character you want to delete.
And it’s as simple as that. The “Delete Progress” button isn’t a nuclear option, so you don’t have to worry about losing progress on all worlds or characters – just your choice.
Core Keeper is currently in Early Access, so this method may change in the future.
