Donkey Kong returned and brought excellent innovations with it, which is an extensive destructive option. Almost everything you meet in the game can be destroyed, straightened to the ground, or you can easily dig deep pits. This mechanics are certainly the most attractive for many. In addition, the game attracts colorful and very sophisticated worlds, which are simply nice to watch and even more pleasure for study. Maybe at first I was a little afraid if all this demolished me over time. Nevertheless, I was very surprised at how it could swallow you and enjoy a very funny in order to find a very extensive stock of objects of the collector. Regardless of whether you are a fan of Nintendo or not, whether it is small or big, Donkey Kong Bananza can give enough pleasure for everyone (who is a strong and funny monkey).

It all starts here and ends with bananas. And literally. The evil company VOID Company, led by the President of Zvotřil, which wants to take these precious banana precious stones only for itself, is presented on the stage. From the very beginning, the monkey DK falls into a big mess and discovers himself deep underground, where he will soon meet with his partner Polina. Together they went to the adventure of many layers of this strange world in order to reach the most nucleus of the planet, to express their wishes and return home. Or will you want even more bananas? History and goal are simple and clear, which, of course, is typical of these games and can put everyone in all.

Even those who enter this world for the first time and have never met another game from the world of Donkey Kong or Nintendo. If you are well known to you, you will definitely be satisfied with the links to old games in the form of meetings with classic characters that will bring funny or funny moments with you. A well -known character is Pauline, who appears in this game next to your side – rather on your shoulders. Thus, the creators will allow you to easily look under the lid of your story and find out a little more about it.

Already at the beginning, the game greeted me with the first magnificent impression, and when I appeared in the starting place, which is mainly such a textbook, I spent much more time in it than it was necessary. I immediately had to try to destroy everything. I kicked, up, down, just in all directions. And I really must admit that it impressed me. DK moves naturally and smoothly, not stabed by pieces of broken soil of the deep tunnel AIZ, when I wanted to try later, as soon as I could, it rose quite easily.

Of course, they have some levels, so you do not get into the living room. Sometimes you encounter solid metal, with which DK cannot cope with water or even water, and you can no longer get. Nevertheless, otherwise you have complete freedom, and you can demolish all the hills or buildings. Therefore, as soon as I appeared at a new level, my first anxiety was not for the main task, but at first I broke half the card like a mole. It is funny that at first glance, it is possible for someone to be so primitive mechanics, and you simply continue to destroy and continue. But this is not just a meaningless head for nothing. From all sides, gold, having passed rain from all sides and treasure, banana or fossils will appear on you.

For example, for gold, you can buy balloons in case you once fall or cards to search for other treasures. You can also build with gold with various shortcuts, refuge and enough to have some supplies to go through the game. For fossils, you get pieces of clothing for both characters. Therefore, the search for these elements is as important as fun. Some of them become really a bit, just just breaking their way to them, and others may encounter a mistake. Thus, it may seem that the whole procedure in the game will only be simple – I will come, break, leave, leave. And yes, it really can be so often. However, if you want to be more careful in Discovery, you will soon find that this tactic cannot be used in all cases.

Often you need to find a way to get somewhere, without using excessive strength. Sometimes you need to use special abilities, and sometimes the game gives you freedom, and you decide how to get to the place. Recently, it has been very common in Nintendo games. If you played Super Mario Odyssey, in many respects both games are very similar and just like there, if you want to find all the treasures, there are many problems and dozens up to hundreds of hours.

Since I mentioned special skills, we will consider them. The abilities of the banana are mainly part of the main story, and without them you will not get further. At several levels you will find certain characters that will give you these forces and are accompanied by the singing Pauline. For example, “Kong Bananza”, where this form is even stronger than DK, “cut a banana”, thanks to which you can fly shorter sections or “Zebra Bananza”, which allows you to work quickly, despite a less stable area. Their activation is possible after filling out the banana indicator, but this is very simple, since it is filled with gold collected.

In fact, these forces are always available. The shape of the banana can often make the procedure even easier, but in many cases it depends on you most on whether you decide to use them or not. The songs that accompany banana are magnificent and very successful, but when I heard them for several consistent and again, it was too many. This was, for example, for me, often the reason is not to use them.

The game will carefully direct you where you should be and complete the task, the NPC characters will advise you where to go or what to do, and the common enemies simply give you one or more well -prosperous wounds and take care of them. For example, you can find an additional problem at the level of bonuses to defeat several enemies over time, go through a shorter section and find bananas, races over time, or there is a link to the old Donkey Kong games in the classic platform design. Again, the problems are mostly quite simple, but especially at the later stage of the game, in which I encountered some, where the difficulties increased slightly, but at the same time retained their fun.

As for the battles, I must again say that they are quite simple. Each boss has its own weakness and how to attack it. As soon as you reveal his weakness, and in many cases he realizes the strength and is stunned for a moment, now the time comes for your fist. And in all cases, this is a very short process with them. So this is not a problem to win most of the battles within one minute. This is clear that the creators with the game go to a very wide audience, and Donkey Kong Bananza can play almost everyone. Be it children or adults, experienced players or complete beginners.

Nevertheless, a change in complexity here will occur at the end of the game. In the finale, it cost me the same “simple” attempts, but even so sudden change was very clear, and especially one specific battle managed to upset me a little. So at the end of the game you really must pull out all your bones from the sleeve and use almost all bananas, even if you defeated the boss with tied eyes a little instantly. It made me mix my feelings a little.

Personally, I would therefore welcome a gradual increase in complexity than such a sudden surprise that pulled me out of this very relaxed passage. After the storyline, the game will offer you other problems, but it will be necessary to start the correct hunt for bananas.

Visually, Donkey Kong Bananza is a very good thing. The animations are smooth, everything looks very sharp and polished, and the environment is quite detailed. Each world is processed in your topic, so you will find beautiful, colorful and sunny beaches, and then cool in a frozen world, full of snow or look into a green forest. I was very interested in working with material and terrain. Not only some materials and pieces of the environment cannot be violated independent, and you need to find another way to go through them, but the area also has its own realistic qualities.

For example, if you throw a piece of dirt on the stone, it will not cause any damage and simply adhere to it. When you throw another piece of stone at him, this is two two. In addition, the movement of your character himself changes slightly depending on the area. If you run after the sand, it is obvious that it is more intense for DK, and its movement will be slower. The same is true when running around the mud, where it slides slightly. With the camera, I did not have a bigger problem during the game, until I was in close space, especially in a certain tunnel. There the camera was quite awkward, and she had a problem with your character. When I was sincerely lost in this and disoriented, I just tried to break it.

And if more explosions or destruction suddenly occurred on the screen, there was a small delay. Fortunately, it was not very common, I noticed only a few times. I would like to mention the possibility of cooperation when the second player can enter the system to play and control Polin. With his strong voice, you can help you destroy the environment and words that Pauline screams can turn into a certain area that you choose. This will entertain for a moment, the gameplay can facilitate it, and visual effects are very good again, in any case, this is not a form of cooperation, which can last a long time.
