Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge advances its launch, giving us over 10 minutes of gameplay

If we had a spot on 3DJuegos yesterday for the amazing collector’s edition of Konami’s TMNT The Cowabunga Collection, today we have another piece of good news for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans. DotEmu confirms TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge will be available in stores This summer. The company celebrated the news by sharing more than 10 minutes of gameplay of the long-awaited video game.

This is a document originally shared by IGN that allows players to take a look at the first two levels of Shredder’s Revenge. The video leaves a detailed example of what scenarios and what endings take place, players will find themselves in the adventure facing enemies from the most affordable to the toughest. All four original voice actors from the original animated series (Cam Clarke as Leonardo, Barry Gordon as Donatello, Rob Paulsen as Raphael, and Townsend Coleman as Michaelangelo) have been confirmed to return.

Shredder’s Revenge was released for PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch a year ago. Beat’em up encourages players to part ways in beautifully pixelated environments and slay tons of deadly enemies with their favorite turtles, each with their own abilities and moves. Signed by the creators of Street of Rage 4, the game is one of the retro games to watch out for in 2022.

And speaking of retro, SEGA today unveiled the first trailer for Sonic Origins, which brings back the first installments of the action and platforming franchise.
