Monster Hunter Invades Exoprimal, Bringing Rathalos as a Boss and More

Cooperation Exoprimal X Monster Hunter features a new mission where Leviathan summons Rathalos and a horde of Velociprei to be tested in combat like no other. Exocombatants will have to join forces in the Abyss to hunt down the legendary fire-breathing “King of the Skies” in a co-op boss battle for up to 10 players.

The crossover also features a variety of special cosmetic kits* inspired by Monster Hunterincluding:

• Rathalos Armor Skin (Murasame)
• Kirin armor color (Mist)
• Nergigante armor color (Bombardment)
• Rajang armor color (Wall)

Along with cooperation with Monster HunterSeason 3 Exoprimal will bring players a new boss encounter with the appearance of a Neo-Triceratops, four new beta exosuit variants, a jungle map, new weapons, modules and much more. The new trailer also reveals some details about the content of Season 4, including a 10-player co-op mode called Uprising, as well as a new Custom Match mode that will allow players to invite friends who play other games, platforms, to fight together in story mode and enjoy war games with your chosen settings.

While these new features are not available in war games, exocombatants can dominate the streets of Bikitoa Island with cosmetic packs* inspired by Street Fighter™ 6, including skins based on Ryu, Chun-Li and Guile. Content appeared in the second season Exoprimalwhich launched on October 18, 2023, and also brought additions such as “Escape”, a new final mission in the style of “Player vs. Environment”, a new map “Ocean Platform”, new equipment and much more.
