SEGA® Europe Limited and Creative Assembly have released an official gameplay trailer for HYENAS, showing all the chaos of robberies in zero gravity. Watch as the hyenas fight on a vintage Earth loot ship to steal goods and destroy MURFs, culminating in a breathtaking zero-gravity fight.
HYENAS is a multiplayer escape shooter where heroes are divided into five trios who fight each other (and ruthless NPC guards known as MURFs) to steal valuable pop culture relics from large themed raider ships.
HYENAS will be available to the public for the first time in Hall 8 at Gamescom, the world’s largest gaming event, running from August 23rd to 27th.

If you can’t make it to Gamescom, don’t worry, PC gamers are invited to join the first closed beta starting August 31st and running until September 11th. Potential hyenas can participate by registering through the Steam Playtest.
Eight specialists will take part in the closed beta, including newcomers Mozie (an old school hyena) and rock and roll roadie Digits. They will be along with dancer Prima, astronaut Commander Wright, full-speed cosplayer Hero-Ki, sniper El Silbon, gamer Doc Hotfix, and drag queen Galaxia defense specialist as they fight in the weightlessness of a huge Nau Vintage Earth Marauder.
In addition to the release of a new gameplay trailer, HYENAS also received new official art. In the art of Prima, Digit, and Commander Wright, the trio emerge from the teleporter to attack the Marauder Ship.
