mobile game Undiscovered: Fortune Hunter It will be closed from Sony and Naughty Dog, probably due to a lack of players. Released in 2016, currently not downloadable but playable by those who already own it. However, both in-game purchases and treasure maps have been disabled, as confirmed by developer Naughty Dog.
Uncharted: Fortune Hunter will remain playable offline mode as long as you keep it plugged into your device. In case of uninstallation or problems, it can no longer be downloaded. For this reason, those who want to continue playing should not remove it for any reason and keep the device on which it is installed.
Naughty Dog and Sony haven’t disclosed the reasons behind Uncharted: Fortune Hunter’s shutdown, but as previously mentioned, it’s easy to assume this was due to a lack of players. After all, it was unheard of for years and was never registered as a huge success by the publisher.
Uncharted: Fortune Hunter, for those unfamiliar, was a puzzle game starring Nathan Drake. The goal was to collect as many treasures as possible before hitting something. Interestingly, by playing it, you can unlock cosmetic items for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, which was released the same year.
Currently, the fate of the Uncharted series is still uncertain. It’s definitely part of Sony’s plans, given the success of the games and the last movie you can see for the first ten minutes. Unfortunately, nothing is known about projects in development yet.
