Fortnite, update 20.10: News for Battle of the Royals, Save the World and Creative Mode

Epic Games is out Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 update 20.10. The news is geared towards Battle Royale, Save the World and Creative Mode. The update comes after a maintenance phase that takes about two hours.

There is a new Jumping Husk mode (Husk, Husk, and Mist Monsters all have more health, but are more susceptible to knockbacks) and a Super Treasure modifier (a treasure chest full of valuable loot is periodically created after defeating enemies). ROSIE upgraded (no overheating, more damage from range, cooldown reduced by 33%, and new AA shield). Then the dungeons return, including the Lab. As for the characters, we find the Swamp Knight, the Sea Monster Ken and the Chaos Agent.

There creative mode Fortnite 20.10 adds the Anvil Rocket Launcher, which is a (10x) increase to the maximum health of wild animals, creatures, and guardians. Then there are the new airship-themed prefabs and galleries of OI, Fortress, and Command Cave. Rocket League themed items have also been added.

There are obviously a number of bug fixes in various mods. Update 20.10 was introduced during a maintenance that started at 10:00 am today, April 5, 2022.
