How to Fast Travel in Redfall

there are two great redfall cards investigation. When you first reach each one, you will be directed to a building that you need to clear of enemies. Once you’ve done this, the building will become your base and you can quickly access it from the field. Also, when you die, you will respawn there, at least until you find other fast travel locations. There are also two different species that you can discover while exploring the area.

All maps are divided into different areas. You can see the boundaries yourself by hovering over them on the map. There are hideouts in each area, but you won’t unlock them just by finding them. You can recognize the hideout by its little house icon, which will have a red lock until you can unlock it. The icon on the map will point to the entrance, but that’s only part of what you need to enter. If you look near the entrance, you’ll see several UV lamps that you need to turn on to gain access.

Just search the ground for some wires. Following them will lead you to a generator that you need to activate by holding the E key. But not all generators are that easy to power up. Some of them require keys, which you can find in the room. They are still in a fairly easy spot to spot. Once you find the key, you can start the generator. Some generators are also surrounded by red mist and you won’t be able to activate them until you destroy the creature creating the mist or reach the generator by moving through the mist.

Once you have done all of the above, you will be able to travel freely and respawn at the hideout. But there is another kind of place for fast travel. These are called markers and they will appear on your map as small location icons. Unlike shelters, they are much simpler. Approach them and press E to add them to the map. Once you do that, you can fast travel and respawn there. If you want to make finding these places easier, take a look at the Redfall Commons and Burial Point map images below.
