Redfall’s best character is Remy due to his strong abilities, healing field, siren power, and increased mobility using C4. In addition to skills and abilities, Redfall characters are interchangeable. They can use all weapons in the game equally, move at the same speed, and have the same general abilities. It doesn’t matter which character you choose, they are all useful in their own way. But you also have to choose if you are going to play mostly alone or with friends. If you’re single, some options are definitely better than others.
Each character has three abilities. Two of them activate on a short cooldown and can be used regularly throughout the game. These are the most important abilities to consider when choosing a Redfall character. They are unlocked at the second and third levels respectively, so you won’t have to wait long to see what the character is talking about. Remy

Marking enemies is very useful to know where they are, but it is more useful in co-op. Stealth, on the other hand, is fantastic in single player, as it makes it relatively easy to sneak past enemies. Jacob’s Super gives him a ghost weapon that traps enemies and does a lot of damage, making him the best super in the game just for dealing damage.

Thanks to her abilities, Layla is a very mobile and quite confident woodpecker. Her first ability is Lift, which allows her to summon an interactive item that propels her and her teammates through the air. She’s great at jumping into places where Jacob might be in trouble. Her next ability, Umbrella, summons an umbrella that blocks both enemy and friendly projectiles, making it great when it comes to shielding the team from damage. Her super summons her vampire ex-boyfriend to attack enemies. Layla’s mobility and damage reduction make her a good choice for solo play, but Remy still falls short of her in solo play.
Guess
Dev’s first ability is Arc Javelin, which allows him to fire an electric dart that hits anything within range for a short time. It is useful for crowd control and can be upgraded to deal a lot of damage. Then there’s Translocate, where you drop a teleportation device and you can travel to and from it. He can use it to increase or decrease fall damage. Additionally, it can be upgraded to heal everyone who uses it, greatly increasing Dev’s solo survivability. His ultimate is Blacklight, which projects a black light that stuns human enemies and petrifies vampires for a period of time in a radius around him.
