With MSI fast approaching, Riot Games has released a new set of League of Legends patch notes as the LoL 13.8 update for the MOBA game is nearly ready ahead of its imminent release. As expected, the champions have changed, but reporting has also been improved and challenges are easier to see as well.

One of the biggest changes in the League of Legends 13.8 patch is to the reporting and behavior systems, with Riot making it much easier to report players for inappropriate language or behavior in previous matches.
“Reports are now available in Match History,” Riot explains. “You can report another player by right-clicking on their row when viewing a summary of previous matches in Match History.”
LoL 13.8 also includes a visual update to the Challenges page, where each challenge is in a Capstone or in groups to make navigation less confusing. The current bot lane in pro play is likely to have hyperchargers on both sides of the Rift and not allow many non-hyperchargers to compete. We want to give Ezreal a little more FMF to shake up the current bot lane situation, as well as help him play better scaled shooters at all levels of the game.

Base AD increased, base armor increased.
Garen hasn’t been living his best life in pursuit of victory lately, which means he hasn’t been able to win early trades with other melee champions, which should be one of his strengths. We are increasing his base damage and initial durability to
help him find his rhythm.

Damage[W]increase. E shield decay time increased.
In this update, we’re giving Janna the ability to get a bit more aggressive in lane and deal bonus damage with her items. Also, using the shield early will be much less punishable for players who want to get ahead of their teammates to trade with E.
