System requirements for Dead Island 2? Releasing the long-awaited zombie-infested sequel shouldn’t be a problem, but Dead Island 2’s specs are anything but easy. In fact, you’ll need a pretty expensive graphics card to hit 4K 60fps, and the minimum frame rate will result in undead frame rates.

Meet Dead Island 2 Minimum Requirements, you’ll need a GPU on par with the AMD Radeon RX 480 or Nvidia GTX 1060. Both of these entry-level options aren’t exactly the best graphics cards, and buying one in 2023 shouldn’t hurt your wallet. Developers Deep Silver also recommend using 10GB of RAM to run Dead Island 2, an odd number given that most games set the standard at 8GB.

These are the system requirements for Dead Island 2:

CPU AMD FX-9590

GPUs AMD Radeon RX480
nvidia gtx 1060
AMD Radeon RX 6600XT
Nvidia RTX 2070 Super

Bye Dead Island 2 Minimum Specs it won’t scare your computer, you’ll have to settle for a terrible frame rate. The developer claims the settings support 1080p 30fps gameplay, which means you’ll feel almost like the original on the Xbox 360. Your PC gaming arsenal of newer parts.

Interestingly, the choice Dead Island 2 Recommended Features it won’t help you avoid the horrors of the lower resolutions, as the spec list seems to focus only on frame rate. Pairing an AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT or Nvidia RTX 2070 Super with a processor like the Intel Core i9-9900K will allow you to game in 1080p at 60fps, which seems strange considering the increase in GPU and CPU specs.

Instead of sharing the traditional Features of Dead Island 2 for PC, Deep Silver also includes two additional offer listings. The words “recommended” arguably don’t matter much this time around, as we doubt the developer thinks you should be gaming at 1080p. With that in mind, you’ll want to get an RTX 3070 for 1440p 60fps gaming, and upgrading to an Nvidia RTX 3090 will open the doors for 4K 60fps gaming.

Finally, you need to free up 70 GB of memory to get enough dead island size 2 requirements, but the developer does not indicate if an SSD is required. As such, you should be able to install the game on any hard drive you have, although upgrading to the best SSD for gaming will speed up load times.

Our Dead Island 2 preview has us itching to return to the bloody streets of HELL-A, and we think the new FLESH system could help earn it a place at the table of best horror games. Hopefully using the best Dead Island 2 settings will add some flexibility to system requirements as the game rises from the release date grave, but it’s undeniably insatiable for brain Computer features.
