Just wander around any land biome in the world of Minecraft and look for one of these azaleas, indicated by the bright pink flowers that appear on its leaves. Once you find it, the easiest way is to dig a circular stairway around the base of the tree, about three blocks by three, until you reach a lush cave below your feet. As always, don’t dig straight or you could fall to your death.
Azaleas in Minecraft can be harvested and grown elsewhere, but only naturally generated trees will lead you into lush caverns. To grow your own azalea, you’ll need a slightly unique sapling found in the lush cave itself, which looks like a block-sized mini azalea. Plant them wherever you want to grow your own flowering azalea and wait, or fertilize it with bone meal like any other Minecraft seedling and you’ll end up with your very own azalea.
