Today (20) SEGA announced that the first content update sound boundaries from 2023 – Sights, sounds and speed – Releases next Wednesday, the 22nd for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch™ family systems, and Steam. Update Sights, sounds and speed is the first of three content updates planned for this year and adds new features including a jukebox, photo mode, and new challenge modes.

New Challenge Modes
After completing the main story campaign, players can access new challenge modes – Cyber Space Challenge and Battle Rush – through the title screen. Cyber Space Challenge is a time attack mode in which players compete against the clock to complete multiple stages of Cyber Space in a row. In addition, Sonic Frontiers now features Battle Rush, a timed combat mode where you take on multiple enemies, Guardians and Titans at the same time.
Photo mode
To capture the memories of their time on the Starfall Islands, players can open the pause menu to access a photo mode that will pause the game and display a camera that can be moved freely.
Jukebox
Players can listen to their favorite Sonic songs in the Starfall Islands with the new jukebox. With 53 tracks available, players will have instant access to 13 songs and will be able to unlock the remaining 40 songs by collecting sound memories on each island.
