Unsurprisingly, most of the Resident Evil 4 Remake mods for the demo are character swaps, and it’s not just Leon turning heads. So, for example, if you want to turn Leon’s face into Keanu Reeves, the chainsaw guy into Shrek, or play as CJ from GTA: San Andreas, it’s now possible. Whether these character replacements will be compatible with the full game remains to be seen, but in theory it shouldn’t take long to convert them, or at least we hope they won’t.
In the demo, you can not only change the character model. For those who don’t want the fun to stop, the brilliantly titled Never Bingo mod removes both the kill limit and the time limit, turning the demo into a true survival mode. There’s also an Advanced Weapon Framework mod that gives you access to some of the other weapons in the game, while the Chainsaw Knife mod evens the playing field by turning Leon’s combat knife into a side-slicing chainsaw. Just make sure you have Fluffy Mod Manager as it will make sure you keep everything tidy while dealing with third party mods.
