There are a few rules that you need to follow when creating squads in ranked mode. Your SR score is based on your wins and losses during the season: winning matches gives you more SR, while losing matches lowers it. However, there are some exceptions: You won’t lose CP if a teammate goes offline or goes offline during a match, but you can still gain CP if your team still manages to win.
In addition to skill levels, you have to go through 50 ranks with unique rewards for reaching certain milestones. You will also receive rewards at the end of the season based on the highest division you played in that season.
