The debate over the best playable battle royale map is endless, especially for the Call of Duty community, since there have been multiple iterations released and games with vastly different experiences. The Al Mazra map in Warzone 2 is no different, and a report now says that Activision is reaching out to players to see what kind of map they need, with some old favorites possibly returning to Warzone 2.
While there is absolutely no guarantee that this obvious poll will influence decisions about Warzone 2 map updates or changes, it does reference both new and old Call of Duty Battle Royale maps. However, it might be time to dust off your best Warzone 2 gear, according to a survey.
The survey asks “which of the following would you prefer for the next great Warzone map” and then asks participants to rate their top three choices (based on charlieintelligence). Whether this means Warzone 2 could get multiple maps at once, replace Al Mazrah, or simply see Raven Software incorporate old ideas into the Warzone 2 map remains to be seen.

As the second season of Warzone 2 looks more and more like the original Warzone, an update and a return to the previous maps cannot be completely ruled out. However, the original Warzone is now restored and operational and includes the Caldera map, so as long as it’s still working, porting this map to Warzone 2 doesn’t make much sense.
This survey does not directly confirm or promise that the Warzone 2 map will undergo such drastic changes or alterations, but it does seem to indicate that Activision, Infinity Ward, and Raven Software want to know which older maps players like best. with this information that could affect Warzone 2 in the future.
