Best Marvel Snap Modok Deck

you want to know the best Marvel Snap Modok Deck before the February Season Pass launch? There has been a lot of speculation that the next premium card will enter the fifth batch starting in March as we all prepare for another metachange.

Reset is one of the most popular Marvel Snap archetypes, and while there isn’t one on our list of the best Marvel Snap decks at the time of writing, there are plenty of cards that revolve around this mechanism. But where does Modok come in, and what card will he replace in the regular discard pile of this contender for one of the best free-to-play PC games right now? Here’s our pick for the best Marvel Snap Modok deck, launching in February.

List of the best Modok decks

List of the best decks Marvel Snap Modok:

  • Morbius
  • invisible Woman
  • moon knight
  • lady sif
  • Sword master
  • Black cat
  • Birthday
  • Ghost Rider
  • modoc
  • hello
  • giant
  • infinite

While the latest Season Pass cards have forced decks to play exclusively around them, the Modoc does a wonderful thing because it fits nicely into existing discard piles. The ideal situation here is to play Invisible Woman as the first card in lane with Modoc and Hela behind her, so turn six extremes when your entire hand randomly respawns across the board.

However, here are cards that will help you save the game if you don’t do this combo. Ideally, Lady Sif should be used without Hela in her hand, so she drops one of the other six huge blobs, while Ghost Rider can save Hela if you mistakenly drop it. Letting the black jack discard should always be a game, unless you have nothing else to play on turn three. Even if you end up shooting Black Cat with Ghost Rider, that’s still ten powers for just four energy.

Here are the key interactions in the best Modok deck:

  • Invisible Woman on turn two, Modoc and Hela behind her on turns five and six, respectively, is optimal play.
  • Try not to play Lady Sif with Hela in hand if possible.
  • Ghost Rider can bring Hela back if that happens, but you risk drawing another card you discarded.
  • Let the black cat reset if you have no other moves.
  • Ghost Rider can be used to bring back Modoc/Giganto/Infinaut for more value if you haven’t drawn Hela.
  • Birthday can also be of great use if you haven’t drawn one of your two huge cards that were worth six.
  • Morbius can be given by Hela or play turn 2 if you haven’t drawn Invisible Woman.

Alternatives to the Modok Bridge

If you’re missing some of the three Marvel Snap party cards needed to make this deck work, there are a few alternatives to consider as the reboot archetype builds up. Oddly enough, Modoc isn’t /not/important to this deck (although we’ll ask why you’re here if you don’t have any), but Hela, Lady Sif, Invisible Woman, and Ghost Rider are essential. However, for the rest of the cards, consider adding one of these cards:

  • Sword
  • Gambit
  • dracula
  • hell cow
  • america chavez
  • helicarrier
  • Pontoon
