Between the release of Redfall and the development of Starfield, Bethesda has a lot of great things in the works right now. However, Hi-Fi Rush, which is being shown as part of the Microsoft Developer Direct, came as a surprise. Rumored to be in development since around 2021, but now the new sci-fi rhythm action game from the creators of The Evil Within, Tango Gameworks, has been officially unveiled.
As part of the joint demo, Microsoft and Bethesda showed off several games in development. and Hi-Fi Rush, a new Borderlands-style game from the Ghostwire Tokyo development team. the best is that Hi-Fi Rush release date today.. Yes, you read that right, she’s already out.
You must move to the beat of Hi-Fi Rush for in-game combat as you play as a rock star in a world where gameplay and soundtrack are intertwined.

Attacks are automatically timed to land on the beat, but if you time it right, you’ll deal more damage and get more combat-effective moves. Cutscenes, platforming obstacles and more are also timed to the beat, so you’ll need to hone your dancing skills.
We’re still waiting on more Starfield details and a special is reportedly on the way, but in the meantime, Hi-Fi Rush from the studio founded by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami looks pretty special.
