With the release date for Resident Evil 4 Remake fast approaching like an unsettling regenerator, the excitement around its release is contagious. Now a fan of the series has decided to pay homage to the cult horror game in the form of a dedicated gaming PC with unique features.
In a recent Reddit post, Specialist_Yak9659 shared some images of his custom build. It comes in a black and red color scheme and also has an Umbrella logo in the sidebar (in case the Resident Evil hint wasn’t obvious).
The curious thing about this design is the anime-style drawings of Leon Kennedy and Ashley Graham instead of the use of images taken directly from the game. This may be a reference to some of the early concept work for the Resident Evil series. , which you can check out on the official Resident Evil portal if you don’t mind creating an account.
It’s still a neat build in every way, and the inclusion of a Lion figure above the graphics card is a nice touch. It’s pretty powerful too, being equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7900X processor and an AMD Radeon graphics card, which will probably be more than enough to meet Resident Evil 4’s system requirements.
This isn’t Specialist_Yak9659’s first release, as they’ve also graced us with a wonderful Iron Man release in the past. This is a good thing in the PC modding community. There are so many ways to express yourself when it comes to customization, whether it’s pop culture references like Star Wars or Doom. There’s even a portable gas stove with a gaming PC, which suggests that if there’s something that can hold enough components, someone will make a whole rig out of it.
